The Cous Cous Fest, International Festival of Cultural Integration
is a festival of cultures, flavours and civilisations that celebrates couscous as a
dish of peace.
The protagonist of the event is Cous Cous, a poor man’s dish par excellence but capable of bringing together, in this small town in north-western Sicily, chefs from all over the world under the banner of integration and exchange.
Ten days to be experienced amidst exciting gastronomic competitions, cous-cous tastings, cooking shows by starred chefs, cooking lessons for adults and children, concerts by great Italian and international artists, talk shows, and moments of in-depth analysis.
