The tour begin with the tasing of the real Sicilian "Cannolo" made according to the old recipes; it continues with the visit of the famous Salt Pans of Trapani with their characteristic windmills; then they will take you to an artisan dairy where you can taste local cheeses. Finally a walk in Erice through the narrow streets of the medieval village.
