The benefits of the waters of the Segestane Thermal Baths have been known since antiquity. The three sulphurous springs flow naturally at a temperature ranging from 44° to 46°: two springs are inside the thermal establishment; the third spring, the ‘Bagno delle Femmine’, is outside. The therapeutic power of the waters of this ancient natural pool is even testified to by Pliny the Elder: here, you can regenerate and relax, even under a starry sky, while admiring the beauty of a body of water enclosed between rocky walls and Mediterranean vegetation.
